12 years later, amid the Corona Virus pandemic that seems to deplete a new joy every day (hugging, singing, dining out, imbibing, theater, movies, concerts, visiting friends and family, international travel, traveling across state lines and using public restrooms are all found to be risky and are mostly restricted) I thought it might be good to recap the mostly peaks of a happily wedded life.

Jon cleaned out his locker and landed his last plane (flown by musician Livingston Taylor) at 55 years and 363 days. But that was Jon retiring and he’s older so I rationalized away my age and he was 56 and retiring and I was 27 for one more spin of the earth.
